Pain-free, speedy service

The Zopa experience far exceeds that of my bank. I consolidated my overdraft debt - I found the APR significantly lower, the paper work far less dense (and, it was actually accessible and easy to understand). If you have any questions, the advisors over the phone are ready and able to help (and I wasn't on hold for long at all). If you want to amend the payment schedule, the online account area is clearly labelled and easy to navigate. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
