Old-fashioned

I've been a customer for over 10 years but now looking to switch banking provider. It's quite difficult to book and appointment to see the adviser if needed and customer service is not up to scratch. In addition, other banks provide better benefits for their clients Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Rewarding

I have gold amex rewards card and could not be happier with the service and benefits provided. I put all of my daily expenses as well as big purchases on the card to generate reward points. I can use those points on Amazon and transfer them towards flights in the form of avios points, which is what I've done numerous times. All in all, great credit card for those who can manage their finance as you have to repay the balance in full at the end of each month. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Easy and transparent

The best personal loan company I came across. Application process was very easy and the loan was accepted and in my account within days. All of the fees are transparent and there are no hidden surprises. Not surprise it's been nominated as Best Personal Loan Provider in the Consumer Credit Awards. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
