Efficient & pleasant staff member

Called to open an account as a new member without making a prior appointment. Seen immediately by Will Simpson, who understood exactly what I wanted, sorted it all efficiently and didn't waste my time with information about products I wasn't interested in - I would happily deal with him should I have further need for information on this or future products. Follow-up paperwork to enable on-line transactions have been equally efficient & timely. Reviewed on: 7th February 2020
