A good product tailored to my needs

I am impressed by the whole way Close Brothers runs its company - it monitors everything very closely and makes changes to funds/managers in a timely fashion when necessary. The staff I have contact with are friendly and knowledgeable giving expert advice and treating me as an individual and taking note of my concerns. (My adviser is superb!)
