I like Petplan.

My cat had liver disease last year which sadly proved fatal. This was very sad but the service I received from Petplan made it a lot easier. I could not fault Petplan, they paid out on every claim of which there were quite a few. I have nothing but praise for Petplan and would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends.
