I had/have no idea what I'm doing, but they do.

I'm a first time help-to-buyer on a single income. They were straight forward and modern and always available. They found a good product for me and when it didn't go through they found another product. I took off one star because they were not helpful in the Help To Buy process, only giving me basic advice - so I had to contact another mortgage broker/financial adviser to help me complete some things.
