Best Customer Care received for some time - regardless of category.

Had a lump sum which I wanted to place in an instant access account. Having checked around, Newbury B S offered one of the best interest rates. It was also the recommendation of some friends who had been customers of Newbury B.S. which was a major factor. I was genuinely surprised at the level of C Care from branch staff, the professionalism, friendliness and overall efficiency. As for decisions needed at Head Office & their rapid response,k that too has been a delight. My congratulations to all. Reviewed on: 8th February 2020
