Great little app and excellent customer service

Started with a card for my eldest (12) who was headed off on a school trip, it gave me peace of mind and allowed me to give him money once I’d been paid. I then got to experience the excellent customer service when I needed to ring up after I descovered that having given my youngest (9) a card for Christmas that I’d accidentally put his DOB incorrectly into the account when I set it up. The agent was really helpful, polite and sorted it straight away. As for what my children think; they love the freedom it allows them, has helped them gain confidence in making purchases and with the handy piggy bank option has encouraged them to save money rather than spend it all at once!
