Retirement mortgage

Marsden building society have been very helpful and patient with us. They talked us through every step. Made the process easy, we are not good with computers but we did this, with their help. Very friendly and helpful staff ,I would recommend them. Reviewed on: 19th May 2023

To date everything has been done efficiently and with little fuss. Great customer service.

Although we used a mortgage broker in this instance we found the process to be pretty straightforward and any paperwork / documentation requested by Marsden was acted upon promptly and efficiently. Everything seems to be well organised and and efficient. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

From the time we spoke to our excellent Mortgage Adviser to the new mortgage being offered, the experience has been very satisfactory in all respects.
