Problem registering with Darlingtononline

My new login and password did not register with Darlingtonline. So I contacted DBS and spoke to Vicky Wanless. Vicky was extremely helpful, and patient in talking me through the form; and was on the phone with me for around three quarters of an hour and stayed on the phone until every single step was completed. Great help

I was struggling to use the new revamped Darlington online so much so that I went into the Stockton branch to close 2 account. The lady was very helpful and assured me that a colleague from Head office would call me and talk me through the new registration. Simon called me whilst I was driving and arranged to call me back a few minutes later once I had stopped driving.
