All very efficient and easily dealt with. I had expected a better rate on the mortgage as I have been with you for many years and there is so little remaining to pay but that will just serve as an incentive to pay off the balance even faster. Reviewed on: 21st May 2024

Opened an account only for it to be closed within 24 hrs

Everything went really well. It was all set up very quickly and I was told I was accepted and the account was open. But...the next day I was notified it was closed and funds returned because I was not permitted to have a second account from the same product. It would have been better had I at least been offered the chance to convert to a different product and have the choice. Newbury is an excellent service provider generally, so this was an unexpected blip. Reviewed on: 28th February 2020
