Brilliant Customer Service

I opened a savings account by post....I managed to forget to print the back page properly and a lovely lady called me to say they still needed a signature, sent the missing page to me by first class post with a pre paid envelope to return it, and explained timescales etc. I Love smaller Building Societies like Newbury as you get a much more personal service than you do with big nationals.
