Excellent customer service

I emailed to contact someone as I couldn’t open the account I wanted on line. I received a prompt reply and the customer service advisor sent the paperwork I needed. This was followed up with a personal letter with the passbooks. I thought the whole experience was very prompt and personal. Reviewed on: 28th February 2020
