tesco insurance!!! you must be joking

Two years ago we had an issue with the boiler and we have made an inquiry and it wasn't worth to claim so we didn't. However, this money-sucking company decided to put up our insurance without telling as a by £14 as they marked as an incident. WTF!!! what a w...kers. I wish I can go Nagen on them.
