What customer service?

Made 47 £400 plus payments on time. Offer for my next loan is five times the interest rate of my current loan. My mistake - I moved house! Reviewed on: 15th April 2021

Excellent

From the first click, my experience with Zopa has been excellent. I receive updates on the outstanding amount of my loan so I am in control of my finances and the interest rate is excellent. I hope to use them next time I take out a loan (interest rate permitting) and have been recommending Zopa to friends and family. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Great service

I applied for a loan on a Friday afternoon before a bank holiday weekend. I submitted my payslip and current account statement, was accepted and got the money the following Thursday. Great service. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
