No option of payment holidays or defer payments while crono virus crisis

I got Santander mortgage for number years never bothered to change it but now the bad time is here because of Crono virus . I requested for payment holidays or defer the payments but they refused to give any payment holidays . I Will never choose Santander mortgage or any other Santander product again .
