My husband and I opened a Welcome Acount and he also opened a Senior Saver. This had to be done by post to avoid close contact during the current virus crisis. Newbury have been extraordinarily helpful answering about 4 calls I have made and always been able to fully answer my queries. In these days of remote call centres an messages to 'go on line' this level of customer service is a delight to experience. I am so impressed with Newbury. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2020
