Always receive good customer service.

I have always received good customer service with Newbury Building Society and they are quick and efficient at resolving an issues when I contact them. Only marked them down one star for this review as most recent contact with them there was lots of crossed wires and a lack of clear communication between them and housing association regarding remortgaging my shared ownership property.
