Review of the Newbury Building Society, Savings:

Excellent Service

I was looking for additional interest for money currently sitting earning no interest in my account with another Bank together with having security beyond their Financial Services Compensation Scheme. The Manager at my Newbury Basingstoke Branch, although having to carry out the discussion by phone because of the Social Distancing Regulations, was very helpful & was able to anwer all my questions & pointed out additional accounts which although at the time I did not currently require will look into when the present situation improves. A seamless transaction was carried out by post. Very impressed with the assistance I look forward to doing future business in person when posible to do so. Reviewed on: 9th April 2020
