A friendly and competitive company. I believe the customer should always be made feel appreciated for choosing the company to insure with, which is in my experience is how I have felt. After doing an online price comparison check, Onecall were happy to match the best quote, like for like, very impressive. Reviewed on: 9th October 2025

Excellent customer service and great product range.

What a great way to be able to buy items with many payment options to suit most people. Choose to pay weekly, or fortnightly and even monthly! You can even choose which day of the week to pay, very cool. Once you have finished repaying your first item, you will unlock "The Good Buyers Club", which basically offers you a much larger range of products to buy, so keep up with your payments, don't miss any and your custom will be rewarded!
