A shoddy building society not worthy of custom

Like a lot of other investors with this building society I am having real problems having money returned after a substantial bond has matured, despite them receiving clear instructions to return the money to my linked account. Three emails and a telephone call have been ignored and they have set up a new account instead, at a lesser rate of interest.
