Very poor insurance company

I had a accident and rang my insurance haven insurance tonget the car repaired after having the car for 3 weeks theybdecided to write it off and take the courtesy car back. I am a keybworker and with covid 19 not able to get to work as dont have a car. They haven't tried to understand or be helpful in this matter. Other insurance companies are reducing the premiums and offering courtesy cars to their clients until the end of the pandemic. Haven on other hand are not. Also they will not let me buy the car back.
