Great experience from day one

I had a different bank account recently that i paid approx £15 a month for, for products i never used, so i searched online and realised that M and S were online.. I started the switch process and it was so simple and easy, the M&S staff kept me informed and always lovely and polite, ive had my new account a couple of months now, and even though ive had loads of questions etc, i have always had a lovely spoken person on the other end that is more than happy to help how they can. Great account facilities and even better - i pay nothing to have a account with them, so immensely happy overall! Reviewed on: 9th December 2015
