We went through a broker to get our mortgage with bath,even though at times we contact bath direct and spoke to Kim she was very helpful and informative. Was able to put our minds at ease. Thank you so much Reviewed on: 26th November 2021

Straightforward, easy and helpful

I have never applied for a mortgage without a broker before but Bath Building Society were so helpful and really made the whole process very user friendly. I’m very impressed. Reviewed on: 4th November 2021

Our impression was of trusting the initial contact. Tim was immediate with responses, helpful with my many questions, plus “human”. There were many forms and bits of paper to find or fill in lucky I keep paperwork have a scanner etc. We went direct not to mortgage advisor as we knew what sort of mortgage we wanted and not every lender does retirement interest only. Once we were approved all went smoothly. Without that initial trust and confidence in Tim we would have looked elsewhere. Thank you to all the team . Reviewed on: 24th September 2021
