Whats the point of having an account if they have closed most banks in Norfolk and even one in Norwich? In the real world, people still need cheques to pay tradespeople who do not accept any cards, to pay at bars who do not accept cards, and with many village post offices closing too it is hard to find anywhere to pay in cheques - and most branches only have junior staff who are unable to deal with any problem or make their own deciiions. Barclays has forgotten what banks are for. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018
