Great Service.

I was with Admiral for five years and left recently, only as Premium for my replacement car went up by over £200. Over those five years, they have been easy to make contact with, and all the agents I spoke to where UK based. Being able to make many changes online was a big plus. Not having to make a claim I can' comment on this. Reviewed on: 8th August 2023

Overall experience of First Direct is good with great customer service and range of products. However newly introduced systems for online banking make it difficult to access accounts. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Fairly easy to set up and manage. Customer service has always been positive. Monthly fee is reasonable to give you piece of mind with your child's spending habits. If the site was a little easier to navigate I would give top marks. Reviewed on: 24th September 2021
