Overall experience of First Direct is good with great customer service and range of products. However newly introduced systems for online banking make it difficult to access accounts. Reviewed on: 9th March 2023

Fairly easy to set up and manage. Customer service has always been positive. Monthly fee is reasonable to give you piece of mind with your child's spending habits. If the site was a little easier to navigate I would give top marks. Reviewed on: 24th September 2021

Worthwhile having.

The website can be a little difficult to navigate and some functions which you would expect are not available. However the principle is a good one and it does help you to keep track of your child's spending. Reviewed on: 12th March 2021
