Like talking to a friend.

When I call a bank or other financial organisation I am always reluctant. I fear they have little time in this tech world to deal on a human level especially with older people. I have been a member for nearly a year and in that time I have dealt with caring, professional, genuine, knowledgeable staff, for whom nothing is a problem. In my experience, few organisations live up to their marketing claims. This organisation practices its philosophy and commitments seamlessly with humility and gravitas. Reviewed on: 28th May 2020
