I admire their no nonsense attitude. Once you have joined them your application is dealt with sharply and you are not kept waiting for a response for days as you are with other companies.

To lift savings you can either phone or email them and the money is in your account within a short period of time. Reviewed on: 9th August 2021

No nonsense organisation who give quick response to applications, which is what you want from a financial organisation.

I have been a member with them for at least 25 years and have always found that they give you an immediate response to any loan application and you are never kept waiting and wondering whether you are going to be successful or not. Phone calls are always responded to immediately. Great company to deal with - much better than the Royal Bank of Scotland who simply take ages about applications and it is as if they do not want your business. Reviewed on: 29th May 2020
