Superb support

I’ve been on a DMP for around a year with Step Change and I really feel like I’m taking the right steps to become debt free. Although it will take a few more years, I never feel pressured to pay more than I can afford, I can review my payment online or over the phone with an agent and they always do what’s best for my circumstances. The staff seem genuinely caring and want to help, no judgment. I recommend StepChange to everyone who needs help to manage their debts as I’ve felt so supported and safe in their care. Non judgemental

I'd tried a couple of times to commit to a plan with Step Change, first time I just wasn't prepared to commit. They did not hassle me or send me a load of marketing emails or messages. So when I felt ready to try again a year later, I wasn't judged or treated differently. They gave me choices and confidence to make a decision guided by their expertise in helping people get out of debt. I am now starting my journey but the relief that I have, knowing that I have a realistic and achievable plan.. Well you just can't really put it into words. It's going to take a few years to clear my debt but I'm confident that I will and at the end of the plan, I will be in the best financial position of my entire adult life. Reviewed on: 30th May 2020
