Straightforward in every way

Choosing a product and opening an account was easy. Always quick to inform of any changes to savings accounts eg interest rates. Very happy with my experience so far. It's too easy to stay with the familiar high street banks but Zopa and others prove that it's worth looking elsewhere. Thanks to MSE the lesser known banks are being highlighted. Fantastic and Fair

Great CU that pays a dividend and life insurance on savings. I save and enter their lottery. I don't need a loan at the moment but the rates for borrowing are very competitive. I would happily recommend this CU but not sure if all my friends & family would be eligible to join. I love the ethos of CUs and wish everyone had the opportunity to join one. Great way to save money & help others.

Easy to set up for myself and partner. Love that my savings are helping others to get low cost loans. The big banks need this kind of competition. This feels more ethical and that makes a big difference to me. Reviewed on: 1st June 2020
