Fantastic Service

I have been using the service since 2017, and I always appreciate the fact that when I do call the staff are not only friendly but absolutely understand and can sympathise with my situation and advise me accordingly. My first point of contact

I have been using Credit Union since 2013, if not before. I've held with them a current account, savings account and taken out loans. Credit Union has always been my first point of contact when I need financial help. The application is simple to complete, straight forward to submit. The rates are good, you are always kept informed, the staff are always friendly and the money is deducted from my wages which is a bonus. What's most important to me is how I feel. In the past I have opened up current accounts and applied for loans with high street banks, I find the whole experience daunting especially when attending their branch, I feel like I'm trying to get into an exclusive club but not sure if I will fit the criteria. I have never felt that way with Credit Union, the staff make you feel comfortable a sense of community, as if they understand that we all need a little extra financial help and you don't feel judged for that. A renowned author/poet once said people will forget what you said but remember how you made them feel, Credit Union has always made me feel part of their club. Reviewed on: 2nd June 2020
