Advance Customer

Excellent customer service whenever I am in branch, they automatically upgraded me to a HSBC advance account which comes with a few extra benefits. Their main thing is that if you wait for more than 10 minutes or so in branch they send you to their premier customer advisers (who are normally sitting there not busy anyway) a small and sensible touch which so few banks do!
