I bought the insurance for my daughter on 01.12.15; however, there was a mix up with her licence. I could not speak to anyone about it, as she was the policyholder, although I paid for it. When I eventually spoke to someone, the policy was another £400+. I asked for a refund, but because time had lapsed, you are charging me a handling fee of approximately £40, which I find disgusting. It took less than 4 hours to take an online payment and as of today 16.12.15 I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I had read poor reviews online but I find this appalling service.
