Review of the Newbury Building Society, Mortgages:

Efficient and helpful

We were looking to remortgage but found it difficult as we couldn’t get anyone to view our property for a valuation due to COVID and we ended up staying with Newbury because of this. We we’re approved with other lenders at cheaper rates but due to not being able to get the valuation the mortgages couldn’t complete. Newbury were efficient and helpful when we spoke to them and got paperwork to us quickly and kept us updated by email. Only negative is we will end up paying a bit more. Reviewed on: 5th June 2020
