Reliable & sensible lending

I have used Zopa on a number of occasions over the past few years and have found them to be very helpful; not only with the lending but also the advice received/ provided by their customer service team. Sometimes I find terms with other companies a little confusing, but Zopa seem to explain things as they should, and are always happy to answer any questions or queries I have regarding my loan; not only prior to lending but for the duration of the loan.
