Opening new account

Very easy to open my new account on line. I was a little early in my application but the message I received advising of this was extremely polite and courteous. When the due date arrived everything proceeded smoothly the account was opened and I was able to transfer funds immediately. I very much missed dealing directly with the NBS staff who have always been exceptional in their customer service in the past. This Building Society is recommended without hesitation.
