Disappointing

Creation lack understanding and missed payment fees are ridiculous! I was payed incorrectly a few months ago and received an extremely patronising phone call from their customer service team advising me to better manage my money. Despite my explanation they applied charges to my account and did not offer a grace period to arrange my pay. Very disappointed and will not use creation finance again once my loan is settled. Very happy

Brilliant service, good understanding and allows plenty of time to catch up if missed a payment. I was incorrectly paid a few months ago and plenty of my lenders insisted on late payment fees and made me feel very small. I have never felt patronised by RateSetter and they gave me plenty of time to get my pay sorted out to enable me to make that payment! Reviewed on: 10th June 2020
