Always helpful, never pushy

When my husband was unemployed we were struggling financially a lot. We still are, but slowly recovering. At a certain point I was unable to make payments and whilst the bank and credit card companies were ringing me 3-4 times a day, rate setter sent gentle emails and texts asking me to call. Once I called they were always so understanding and willing to help. There was never a sense of trouble or impending doom like some of the other lenders I’m involved with.
