Ratesetter experience

I first discovered Ratesetter a few years ago after purchasing a mobile phone from Giffgaff, which I eventually payed off the balance for. Due to Ratesetter offering reasonable borrowing rates and having good customer experience, years later I decided to take out a personal loan which I am currently paying down on.
