Fantastic company - almost too good to be true!

I was at first a little unsure when applying and having no human interaction, however, the application and approval process was seamless. I was able to view my application status in my online account and received updates via text message. Approval was fast and the money was in my account within 24 hours. Managing my loan is also extremely easy - the website is really user friendly, provides total clarity as to how the fees are calculated and allows me to change my direct debit date and make additional repayments at the click of a button. I have already recommended Ratesetter to friends and family and won't hesitate to continue to do so. An excellent company - innovative and it delivers what it promises! Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
