Easy and quick

Many people have already commented on how easy the application process is and how quickly the loan arrives, but for me, the best thing about Ratesetter is their customer service. Good rates - great customer service!

I have had 2x loans from Ratesetter. Each time I researched the market thoroughly and Ratesetter offered the best interest rate for my needs both times. My experience with their customer service has been brilliant. They help you through every stage of the application (if needed) and are polite and helpful throughout the term of the loan. Great customer service

Prior to borrowing from Ratesetter I had only taken out loans from my bank. Every time I contacted my bank with any issue, they were largely unfriendly and any help incurred charges. Ratesetter have friendly, helpful call centre staff who are very knowledgeable and offer the right solution to any problem. They resolved my issue very quickly with no judgement or fuss and I was very happy with the interaction. Their quality customer service and low interest/repayment rates mean I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a fast, fuss-free loan. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
