Straight forward friendly service

Hi, I took a loan with ratesetter in October 2019 and from the minute I had the money to now Ratesetter have been nothing but professional and helpful with any query I might have had. Especially when I needed to change my direct direct date which meant the dates crossed into a new month. They were more than accommodating and allowed me to do this where a lot wouldn’t. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a loan but is unable to get a bank loan. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
