Car help

Sadly my old car expired quite suddenly so we had to find another fairly quickly. We managed to find a newish one from a local dealer but the finance package so awful and I thought I could find something better. I did some research and found RateSetter and applied and was approved. We have had no issues thus far and I feel that the both the repayments and interest were acceptable on the loan as we are paying exactly what we paid over 10 years ago for the previous car. Its a different way of borrowing money as its not a bank but peer-to-peer investment for people to borrow from although the still require credit checks. I know via RateSetter we have shaved almost £20 per month off quote via the dealer so I think it has worked in our situation. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
