The reason why I feel this way is when the whole coronavirus lockdown started obviously you start thinking about your money!! Especially when you have two young children!! when I enquired About taking a holiday payment on my loan I was told that Ratesetter Doesn’t do this as their investors will not get their money the person I spoke to was extremely blunt and rude he basically told me just to email someone and wait which I thought was totally unacceptable especially at this time of a pandemic Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
