Outstanding service.

As a returning customer I can't recommend Zopa enough as my loan provider. Straightforward application process with very efficient response to each stage. The online system keeps it all tidy and accessible and it is good to see how the loan is funded and repayments made to people rather than a faceless financial institute. A straight forward approach to financing

From my first visit to Zopa's website all the way through to receiving my load everything was clear and instructions complete and uncomplicated. The application was handled efficiently and communications prompt. The online updates to my loan account clearly shows exactly how it's reducing and payments are used. Nothng left to doubt and no 'nasty' surprises. I certainly recommend Zopa as my number one loan provider with excellent low interest rates and charges. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
