Pffftttt

Can't ever get in touch with claims department as different department and never answer calls. A non fault pending claim which was a small smack against my car still pending decision after 6 months meaning i have to declare fault which effect my insurance costs. Overall a shambles of a company. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022
