What an absolute shambles

Total lack of customer service and easy website. All this cloaked in lack of customer service to reducing prices. Trying to get a 1 day terminology solved over a NCD was a nightmare so I just cancelled the insurance after just 6 days - when a simple conversation could have resulted in them getting my business full time.
