Quick, easy, efficient

I decided to apply for a loan spontaneously to clear some debt in bulk, thinking this would take some considerable time as well as effort. Within 5 days funds were in my account. I have been able to move my payment date also with ease having started a new job using the online facility, this too was immediate. I have contacted customer services a few times asking various things in relation to my loan i.e. Early repayment etc and have always had a quick and non automated response.
