Zopa makes financing your needs a lot easier and quicker than a high street lender

I have used zopa for 3 years now. I find the service they provide quick and helpful. On line application is a lot easier then expected, however without any one to one with an advisor, you do feel that your answer for application is dependant on what the computer decides so to speak. But some customers prefer that. I was a little confused that as a loyal customer I was offered a zopa loyality discount but when applying for the loan it was actually more than last years loan for the same amount and repayment duration?
