Been a kind, compassionate and exceptional bank

Been with Vanquis for a few years. The customer service is excellent, and they communicate with me via number of options and make me feel always feel like a valued customer. Vanquis CC services are humane , compassionate and treat me with utmost dignity. They talk to me rather than talking down to me.
